Return & Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy:

• Royalbaby bike's steel frame and fork are warranted for life; aluminum ones are warranted for ten years, from the date of purchase.
• For easy-wearing parts such as plastic and rubber ones (pedals, brake levers, etc.), we promise free replacement within 6 months.

We offer after-sale service for any problems emerge during the usage, as long as you reach out to us.

Return Policy:

You may return the item within 15 days of delivery of your order. A pre-paid return label could be created by us to save your effort. To be eligible for a refund, the item needs to be in the same condition as you received it. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, along with any original shipping charges. If we received the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer, a restocking fee up to 50% of the item’s price may apply.

You may return items for a full refund, if the return is a result of our error.
